He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the College of Art & Design, Burdwan University, and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Kalyani. His artistic practice explores contemporary themes through painting and visual storytelling. Alongside his creative pursuits, he is actively engaged in art education, mentoring young artists and promoting artistic awareness. As the founder and mentor of **Suranjan Salaka**, a renowned music academy, he has trained numerous students and promoted the appreciation of classical music among the younger generation.
