BORNIKA

“BORNIKA” is a unique Art competition helps to stimulate the creative soul of Kids, School Students, Young Artists, and senior people to express themselves via painting and Art Work.

Category:-

Aadhya    :-  Class I to IV

Mandra   :-  Class V to VIII

Madhya   :-  Class IX to XII

Tara         :-  Open to all up to age 35

Norms and Regulations:-

  • ART FORM :- Submit drawings, paintings, cartoons, doodles, sketches, posters, digital art, collage, etc.
  • MEDIUM :- Use any drawing or painting medium of your choice
  • SUBJECT / THEME :- You have the freedom to select your subject or theme
  • SIZE :- Artwork sizes: A5 / A4 / A3 / postcard
  • MAXIMUM SUBMISSION: – You can submit a maximum of 3 artworks.
  • REGISTRATION FEES: – -150/- only.
  • PROCESS :-
  • There will be three National Level Contests between April to March every year.
  • Candidate need to upload 3 art works at the time of registration.
  • Best one among three would be selected for the competition.
  • Top 10 Art work will be selected from each GROUP from each competition, Category wise top 10 from BORNIKA – I, top 10 from BORNIKA – II and Top 10 from BORNIKA – III. Among these top 30 we will select TOP 10 in the MEGA FINAL.
  • PRIZES :-
  • Cash Prizes along with special Memento for Top 3 Art work in the Mega Final.
  • Medals and Merit Certificates for Top 10 Art work in all four group of all three Contests.
  • Certification of Participation for all.
  • All the Art Works selected for the Mega Final will be placed in the ONLINE EXHIBITION at our page.
  • CONDITION :-
  • The participants of Bornika   are expected to create their own original artwork and submit the image of the artwork to the contest. The submitted image should not be a copy of another artwork. Bornika  encourages creative expression and originality of ideas.
  • We discourage any kind of copy. If at any stage, it is revealed that the entry submitted is a copy of an existing artwork, the copied entry will not be considered for further evaluation. If we come to know about a copied artwork at a later stage, we reserve the right to cancel any award or recognition that such an artwork may have received.
  • Participants should write their Name and Group in the bottom of their Art work. Art Work without the name and group of the participants will be cancelled.
  • Participants should upload the clear copy of the Art Work. Hazy picture or faded picture will lead to cancellation of the work. We suggest you to scan the work properly.
  • The decision of the jury will be final and no queries or representations regarding the art contest result will be entertained.
  • Every participant to the art contest will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation. The digital copy of this certificate will be sent via participant’s registered mail ID.
  • The medals and certificate will be sent to the participant’s address by courier. Participants are requested to fill in their full postal address (with landmark, if any) while participating in the contest online form.

cLASSICAL MUSIC AND DANCE

  • Only classical form of Music and Dance ( as mentioned in each categories) is entertained.
  • Registration for “Bhakti” to be done between 16th October to 15th November
  • School / college i- card to be uploaded at the time of registration for the proof of his/her current grade.
  • A candidate can participate in all the categories but need to register seperately for each category.
  • Film song or light classical will not be accepted for Hisdustani classical, Carnatic classical and semi classical group.
  • For Bhajan and Ghazal film song is acceptable.
  • Time slots will be scheduled to each participant and the participants are required to perform live online as per their given time slot only. In case, if you don’t receive the mail on time then kindly write to us or inform us over phone. The online competition starts from 22th November’2022 onwards.
  • Participants are required to arrange their own music accompaniment prior to their performance.
  • Participants are required to arrange their own costume / props/ sound effects / music accompaniment prior to their performance. Participants must wear GHUNGUROO for the classical dance presentation

  • The Payment Receipt will be sent your mail ID after successful payment. That receipt is your Confirmation mail for participation.   No refund or cancellation will be encouraged after the cutoff date for registration.
  • The Jury decision on the winners will be final and abiding and NO claims will be entertained in this regard and the organizer holds all rights towards the same.
