How to Register
Participation is completely free. Every Puja is reviewed by SVFAC before it becomes visible on the public voting platform.
Submit your Puja name, district, address and authorised contact details.
Upload Pandal, Pratima and Lighting photographs, concept and artist details.
Our team checks the information and may request clarification where required.
Approved Pujas receive a public profile that can be shared with supporters.
What is the Award?
SVFAC Durga Puja Samman is a public recognition initiative focused on the artistic, creative and cultural expression of Durga Puja across West Bengal.
Voting Rules
Only Pujas verified by SVFAC are eligible to receive public votes.
Voting remains open until the Dashami closing time officially announced by SVFAC.
Server-side safeguards are used to prevent the same device/browser from voting more than once for the same Puja.
SVFAC may review, invalidate or remove votes if there is evidence of abuse, automated voting or manipulation.
Live vote counts are displayed for transparency and may be reviewed before the final recognition is announced.
Registration & Verification
Eligibility & Submission
- Participation is 100% FREE.
- Submitted details and media must relate to the current year's Puja.
- Only authorised photographs, videos and descriptions should be submitted.
SVFAC Review
- Registration does not automatically create a public listing.
- Duplicate, false, misleading or unauthorised entries may be rejected.
- SVFAC may request clarification or additional proof before approval.
